West Seawall Trail

Second Beach North, West Seawall

The seawall provides easy access to Stanley Park's marine wildlife viewing areas. The 2 kilometer section from English Bay to Second Beach introduces the major features of Stanley Park's shoreline - sand, coble, and rocky (sandstone) beaches backed by low sea cliffs. For those who take the time to look and listen the seawall offers insight into the lives of wildlife species dependent upon the resouces this shore provides.
