Bald Eagle An adult bald eagle brings a fish tail dinner to the nest site. This is one of four bald eagle nests in Stanley Park. The nest was built on a heavy limb growing from the south side of a large Douglas' Fir tree. It can be seen from the seawall along the north side of Coal Harbour. This photograph was taken in early May, 2005. If you look closely you can see a second adult eagle on the right side of the nest. This bird is tending to the young eaglets.
